Are linens included?
Yes, upon your arrival at Casa Manila, you'll find all the linens you need for your stay, provided free of charge to our guests. These include sheets and pillowcases, and a set of three towels per person (shower, hand, and bidet). They are changed weekly.
Is the kitchen equipped?
Yes, Casa Manila's kitchen is fully equipped for our guests. You'll find an induction stovetop, air fryer, coffee maker, electric kettle, and refrigerator. You'll also find plates, glasses, cutlery, and all the necessary utensils for your stay.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Can I store my luggage at Casa Manila?
If you arrive before check-in, you can store your luggage inside Casa Manila. So you can start your vacation right away without worrying about your luggage.
Is there parking at Casa Manila?
You'll find a covered parking space exclusively for guests. We also offer parking in the private courtyard spaces used by the owners (who live in the same building).
Where do we pick up the keys?
Upon your arrival, your host Stefania will personally welcome you and give you the keys to the apartment.
Is the apartment air-conditioned?
Yes, the living area and both double bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Are there mosquito screens?
Yes, the windows are equipped with mosquito screens to ensure a peaceful sleep and keep annoying insects out.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are absolutely welcome and at no additional cost. However, we recommend that you let us know of your four-legged friend's presence before your arrival.
Where should I dispose of waste (recycling)?
Waste must be separated into plastic, paper, glass, organic waste, and general waste. The apartment is equipped with bins already lined with bags for proper curbside disposal.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, Wi-Fi is free and unlimited. You'll find the password directly inside Casa Manila.
How far is the nearest beach?
The apartment is just a 5-minute drive from the white beaches of Portoferraio (Le Ghiaie, Sansone, Capo Bianco, etc.). Furthermore, by driving along the nearby Colle Reciso road, you'll find yourself on the opposite side of the island in just 10 minutes, at the beautiful Lacona beach. The Gulf of Biodola is also a 10-minute drive away.
Do you provide beach equipment?
Yes, you'll find a beach umbrella available for your use.
Are there supermarkets nearby?
Yes, the closest supermarket is the Conad Superstore, just a 5-minute drive from Casa Manila.
